THE L.A. SPAS GUARANTEE INCLUDES:
Twenty Years on Spa Shell Structure
The spa shell structure is warranted against water loss due to defects in materials or workmanship for twenty (20) years from the original date of delivery.
Seven Years on Spa Shell Surface
The acrylic spa shell is warranted against cracking, blistering or
delaminating due to defects in materials or workmanship for seven (7) years from the original date of delivery.
Surface checking is not included.
Five Years on Spa Plumbing
Spa fittings and plumbing are warranted against leaks due to defects in
materials or workmanship for five (5) years from the original date of delivery
THE BEACHCOMBER GUARANTEE INCLUDES:
Lifetime Structural Guarantee
We guarantee to the registered owner that the structural laminated composition of your hot tub will always hold water and will never leak. If it does leak we will repair it at our expense.
Five Year Total Surface Guarantee
We guarantee to the registered owner, that the hot tub’s acrylic finish, will be free from defects in materials or workmanship, or it will be repaired at our expense, for 5 years from the date of delivery.
Two Year Equipment Guarantee
We guarantee to the registered owner, that the hot tub equipment including heater, pump, plumbing, jetting, controls, motor, and heatshield cover, will be repaired at our expense for 2 years from date of delivery. This 2 year Guarantee also includes factory installed ozonators (excluding C.D. Chip), and the AquaCoustic Surround Sound system.
Guarantee Performance
Should a defect appear in the hot tub structure, surface, or equipment, within the specified guarantee period listed, Beachcomber will repair the hot tub at our expense. This guarantee does not include any additional expense that may be incurred travel costs, the removal, shipping, and/or re-installation of the hot tub. There is only one condition attached to our guarantee: the hot tub must not in our opinion have been subjected to any willful abuse, neglect or misuse during the period of coverage, including maintenance performed as per your Beachcomber owner’s manual. The Beachcomber Guarantee is transferable to a new owner within 30 days of expiry for a nominal charge. This guarantee is valid in Canada and the USA.
Available to Purchase - Beachcomber Premium Five-Year Extended Guarantee
The Premium Five-Year Extended Guarantee extends the hot tub equipment guarantee including heater, pump, plumbing, jetting, controls and motor (excluding the heatshield cover, ozonator, and AquaCoustic Surround Sound system) to a full five years from the date of delivery. The Premium Guarantee option can be purchased within 30 days of the delivery date. The Beachcomber Premium Guarantee is also transferable.
